5 things to let go and 5 things to hold on

All I had to do was to put hand hands on paper and draw an outline of both my hands. Then in the left hand’s sketch, I had to write five things I have to let go and in the right hand’s sketch, note down the things I want to hold on to. All the 10 things have to be written in the fingers and thumbs. Then you’ve to assign a colour to those things. Continue reading 5 things to let go and 5 things to hold on

10 of my favourite feelings

Anurika nominated me for the 10 OF MY FAVOURITE FEELINGS tag. The tag is the brainchild of Xandria. As I completed 80 days of social distancing yesterday, I think it was the right time to get nominated for this post. We all need to appreciate little things in our lives. The last time I saw the world outside was back on the evening of March 14. It was a Saturday. Continue reading Life of a journalist, blogger, student and human in the times of corona (Part 3)

I knew I won’t be able to tell if I didn’t try it. All I could tell myself was this: Let’s adjust with one thing because this decision is giving you everything else. When I felt a little more beautiful… A to Z 2020

I am told that I was born with my skin color as white as milk. Looking at those albums, I can see the change in my skin colour over the years as I grew up. A lot of people keep on suggesting me to try so and so things so that I have a lighter skin tone. Initially, I used to ignore such things. I have been one of those kids who likes walking barefoot. Self-love and self-appreciation – My theme for A-Z challenge 2020

Last year, it was an impromptu decision to participate in the A-Z challenge. Since I was able to post regularly for a month, while juggling with my exams and my first job without a break for at least 20 days, I thought I should give it a try this year too. I’ll try my best to complete the challenge on time, just like I said last year. Continue reading Self-love and self-appreciation – My theme for A-Z challenge 2020
