While we are locked at our homes, I thought that it is a good time to restart this series and feel positive about ourselves and our lives.

Seed of the week

How are you keeping yourself positive amid all the chaos?

There are several things that have helped me stay calm in the last 50+ days.
Writing.
Blogging.
Reaching out to others when I feel low.
Trying to improve my sleep pattern.
Attempting to make exercise a part of my routine.
Talking to the dear friends I’ve lost touch with.
Spending time in the garden.
Clicking photos.
My job.
Ramayan. Looking for a new show now. Suggestions welcome 😀
Ludo.

  1. Blog, blog, blog, and snuggle the cats and kittens as much as possible. I know you’re a city girl and not animal crazy but I gotta say, through this whole thing, just the sound of a purring cat and touching its soft fur has helped me stay positive and hopeful. 🙂

    1. it’s good that the cats have been helping you. i keep on seeing these stories how pets are helping people cope with difficult times in life. so it’s fine with me if somebody else has pet in their life. 😉

      1. Yes!! I’ve been trying to figure out what I want to do after I graduate and I realised I really enjoy writing and putting my thoughts out into the world! I think blogging will be a great way for me to practise my writing without the pressure of deadlines / marking criteria! ☺️

      4. Be active throughout the college life. Grab all opportunities that come your way. I wasn’t very active during my college, but was fortunate to get a job that makes me happy 🙂 Where are you from?
