I overthink a lot. I overthink so much that I can even overthink about overthinking. I know it is not good for me.
When I realised that my overthinking was taking me on stressful journeys, to unwanted destinations, I wanted to come back.
The way back is more difficult than the way in. But I made through it.
There are times even now when my overthinking makes my mind wander but I am learning to be optimistic.
